Our Mission
 The Community Cabinet is a spiritually based non-profit corporation organized solely for the purpose of supplying hygiene products and basic provisions to people in need.  Since 1998, our mission has been to meet the basic needs of people by supplying products that are not covered under Food Stamps or other public assistance programs.

Our purpose in providing these products is to increase self-esteem, promote better health and open doors toward a more purposeful life. 

The Community Cabinet operates year-round to collect and receive product donations from caring people, businesses and organizations in our community.  The products are then sorted and redistributed to the homeless, under-employed, AIDS patients, dialysis patients, amputees and other less fortunate people in our community.

Every year, The Community Cabinet assists hundreds of adults and children by providing such basic products as toilet paper, soap, toothpaste, shampoo, lotion and deodorant, all of which cannot be purchased with food stamps.

The Community Cabinet currently is in need of donations of cash, usable hygiene products, shelving for storage, cold weather accessories such as gloves, hats and scarves as well as lip balm and protective sunscreen. 

The Community Cabinet is a one-hundred-percent volunteer agency with a committed volunteer staff and board of directors who are dedicated to helping the less fortunate people of our community.
